Could this be proof that the games at Stake Casino are somehow rigged?
Let’s break it down together.

This screen was made on 8th of October 2025. In the screenshot, you can see that the lucky gambler hit quite a massive win.

And in this next screenshot taken just 15 hours later we see the same jackpot again!

So what is this?
Casino manipulation?
Fake “promo balance” for the streamer?
Some other kind of setup?
Or does this kind of thing actually happen?

A viewer who really knows their stuff explained to me perfectly that this isn’t a script or a scam, it’s just a technical quirk.
In short: there’s a gap between the numbers, and the larger the number, the more noticeable that gap becomes.

For example, if a player selects a multiplier range between 438,000 and 448,000, then in case of a win, the system will often produce exactly 448,903.88.
The same kind of gap exists for small numbers too – it’s just calculated in hundredths instead of thousands.

This happens because the seed is generated using a formula combined with a random number generator, in short.

Mathematical Details for Geeks

Stake and other crypto casinos use a combination of cryptographic hashes (usually SHA-256 or SHA-512) and random number generators.

First, a hash is generated, and the first 4 bytes are taken.
Then the multiplier is calculated using this function:

private static double HmacToLimboMultiplier_old(byte[] hmac)
{
    double b0 = (double)hmac[0] / 256.0;
    double b1 = (double)hmac[1] / 65536.0;
    double b2 = (double)hmac[2] / 16777216.0;
    double b3 = (double)hmac[3] / 4294967296.0;
    double sum = b0 + b1 + b2 + b3;
    double floorValue = Math.Floor(sum * 16777216.0);
    return (16777216.0 / (floorValue + 1.0)) * 0.99;
}

Formula:

(16777216.0 / (floorValue + 1.0)) * 0.99

If floorValue == 1, then

(16777216.0 / 1) * 0.99 = 16.609

As floorValue grows, for example, 8,304, any multiplier (“x”) value can appear.

So, if you’re playing Limbo and hunting for a multiplier between 438,000 and 448,000, you’ll often get 448,903x.
There’s a step pattern there, but theoretically you can hit any multiplier between 1.01x and 1,000,000x.

Here are some examples of how the high multipliers are distributed:

14: 1,107,296
15: 1,038,090
16:   977,026
17:   922,746
18:   874,181
19:   830,472
20:   790,925
21:   754,974
22:   722,149
23:   692,060
24:   664,377
25:   638,824
26:   615,164
27:   593,194
28:   572,739
29:   553,648
30:   535,788
31:   519,045
32:   503,316
33:   488,513
34:   474,555
35:   461,373
36:   448,903
37:   437,090
38:   425,883
39:   415,236
40:   405,000

There are no gaps between these – any number can technically appear,
but the highlighted (green) winning numbers usually fall exactly on one of these values.

In his case, it was apparently 448,903x.

He even said, “I didn’t look at your post, but I know your number is definitely in this list.”

So yeah – hopefully this explanation makes sense.
It’s not a script and not a scam 😉
