So basically, I’m a streamer, Maloiy KSer, maybe you’ve heard of me.
I myself about a year ago cooperated for some time with Gamegram, and at the moment of cooperation the casino seemed quite good, there were no problems or questions. They do have a license, Anjouan.

And then a few days ago a person writes to me saying that he won $80k. They requested some kind of super-verification from him, asking for the source of funds that were credited to his Bybit account, from which he had already deposited to the casino, then SIM confirmation, etc. (even though he didn’t have a phone number linked anywhere on the casino at all), and a lot of other things.

In the end, they told him that the account was blocked without the possibility of appeal, and now for several months support has completely stopped responding.

I wrote to the manager through whom I cooperated with them a year ago, to which he replied that the user allegedly sent some transfers from Arabs (what kind of nonsense is that?) and therefore did not pass verification. When I asked to provide some details, the manager simply kept repeating that this is neither my nor his business and that the person should contact support personally.

When I sent him the information that support has been ignoring the player for already 3 months, he started writing outright nonsense, justifying it by saying that the player had “threatened” the manager when he was supposedly trying to help him.

To questions about what to do and where the user should turn, he continued joking around about “support.”

The player said that he also wrote to the license email, and received no response.
